Putting together my first mod, its a 98 harris and am putting on an afco pull bar but i dont find a mount for it??? I was told that they run a long bar and the only thing close i can find are the holes drilled in the driveshaft hoop. Is the the correct place to mount it???
Thanks for the advice

Also, what do you use to keep the pull bar from moving side to side? Cut a sleeve to go over the bolt?

You can use buching stock to make spacers or you can use the adjustable bolt like mentioned above. Either way check to make sure you have driveshaft clearance. Our DW car has 2 sets of holes and in the bottom set it just barely clears the driveshaft.

Get the Harris set up. By removing the nut and tightening or loosening the bolt you can move the torque link left and right which you can't do with spacers.

Call Reese or Jay at Harris and tell them you want the torque link quick adjuster kit it's 30 or 31 dollars. They can answer any other questions you may have.

Dirtbuster you use the bottom or top hole to mount the front of the pull bar to the driveshaft loop?
