Anyone know why I would have 8 inches of fire coming out of my headers. I run Alchol
water temp 145 plugs are cream colored.

I checked the timing and it was way slow like 22 degrees total advance? Is this what you are talking about? Will it hurt anything the motor seemed to run fairly well in comparison to track condition

You might try increasing your timing. MOst guys run around 36. Perhaps when you increase the timing it will also get the water temp up.

yea I usually do run 34-36 the timing was a screw on my part trying to rush does anyone think I might of hurt anything.

no reason you should have hurt anything, i wouldnt worry about it, bump it up and go at it.
