Has anyone used a alky predator carb on a mod. How did they work?

I dunno, Steve, they work well for holding the shop door open or as an ashtray.... :-)

True story here!!

Back in the early 90's we were building engines for Gary Lee Kanayer(forgot the correct spelling of his last name) who ran the Pikes Peak Hill Climb in the open division. I do not remember the exact year, but Predator offered a bunch of money to anyone who could win their division or set a hill record in their division using one of their carbs. Their stipulation was that the carb had to be somewhere on the car, and you had to flow at least 10% of your fuel through it. Kind of corny/lame!! Anyway, their promotional scheme did not work. So no division win's or hill records for Predator ;-(
