What is a cold ngk plug small type. What about a ur5 is that middle hot or cold? Thanks, Craig Moore

Our engine builder has us running the NGK V-Power Racing plug. I can't remember the stock number, be we are running the 10s, which he says is a cold plug.

I'll get the stock number tomorrow morning if nobody has replied yet.

B9ES is the starting point for methanol, B8ES is for gas. thats the standard plug size threads , etc. the numbering is the same regardless of which thread it is hex size tip style, higher number, colder plug. Brodix recommends those numbers for the 10,10x,11,11x heads as a reference for ya. http://www.ngksparkplugs.com/index2.asp?country=US&nav=a0000

Checked this weekend...we are running:

R5673-10 vpower racing

stock number: 4050

The -10 is heat range of course.
