Did it just hairline crack the block? If so then I've repaired one with JB-Weld... Simply clean up the block, sand the area to be repaired (or lightly hit the crack with a grinding wheel) and then clean with Brake cleaner or carb cleaner to remove any residue / grease. Mix up some JB-weld and fill over the crak + 1/2" on each side. Should hold plenty well...

it is bosible to fix a crack but it is recky if you know how you can weld a crack and you wont ever have to think about it again it isnt eazy by any means or cheap but reliable. the other guy are rite you can use jb weld its just not as strong hope all the luck
