new to the board and trying toget as much info as possible. Plan to run a strictly stock class 4/10 mile paved
350 chevy with 2 barrel and max 9.5 pistons
with stock type cam. I have a set of brand new heads 624. they came on a crate engine, are these worth using in this class. they have never been fired on an engine

A 305HO and 283 power pack head would be a good choice for strictly stock classes too.

I've ran these heads with no problems, just don't let the water temp go past 240.Your running a stock class which is low budget,so run what you have. These heads make good power.
