I have a 4412 77 jets and 3.5 pv the car stumbles on restarts then Is fine I checked the float level and I is at the bottom of the sight glass It has a 31 squirter in it and a black cam in the 1 position any help would be nice thanks

You need to get rid of the black pump cam and install a wide brown/red one. That black cam is the smallest pump cam there is and it is made for a 30cc pump and not the 50cc pump setup that SHOULD be on that 4412. That is your stumble.
Either a .028 or .031 squirter is fine, but you're not feeding it enough pump shot when the throttle his opened.

we have the ttouble with the lagg solved we had to get a 50 cc acc pump and the cams now it dosent have a problem now on restarts but

the problem excelated in to a dead stall it was quickly diagnosed to having water in the cell we did battle with this problen all night but when we had enough fuel w/o water this was great thanks for the help every one
