How hot is too hot on a 350. I have been runnibg 210 with stock pulleys, water pump, 6 blade steel fan and shroud. just wondering if 210 was too hot. What would bring it down a bit. Timming is at 36 locked.

Whitelightning,
I have ran my motor all season long at 210 to 230. That temp is at the end of the feature with a couple of yellows during the race. I just recently tore one down and found no ill effects from running at this temp. I also swear by Lucas oil stabilizer. Actually I would prefer to run my stuff between 210 and 230. The one thing that bothers me about it is that it does not leave much room for error, so I keep a close eye on the temp gauge and usually will pull off if gets any higher that 235.
