you could use the calculator in the back of the holley catalogue.
i would say a 650 for small tracks and a 750 for large tracks

Id prob go 750. Remember a smaller carb will make the car jump off the corner better which works well on hooked up tracks. A larger carb will kill some response and make it easier to control on a slick track. On gas I'd say the 750 based carb would be all around a good starting point.

I run a 383 with 200 cc runners, 10:1 compression, and use a 750 Demon.
When I bought the carb I called Demon Carb for advice on what size, they told me that a 650 would work the best for my application, but I wanted a carb big enough for a 12.5:1 compression motor so they reccomended I buy a 750 and use bigger jets.
In your situation I would use a 750 carb.
