I have 2 Q's. First off will advancing the cam 4 degrees cause a valve to piston clearance problem on a 355 202/16 valve motor with a #8 cam. No angle mill on the heads. Pistons are Manley 2vr flat tops 6" rod. Second will it make a diff.? It is heads up now. A buddy of mine told me to try it at 4 deg.

It will move your power down a few hundred rpm. and help your low end torque.

I really doubt it would cause piston interference especially with flat tops but never hurts too check.
