NOT!!!
Camel humps are 291, 461, 462 and small camel humps are 186 and 492. Don't have a clue what 187's are. What's the rest of the casting number?

I'll haft to get the rest of the numbers, but these donot have the humps on the end of the head and the valve covers have the bolt hole on top of the valve cover. 4 going down the middle. He said he thought they were fuely heads. I don't know if this guy knows anything. They do have accessary holes in the end.

Sorry that I'm confused, but are these Vortec heads or are they considered camel backs? Again thanks for the help.

They are not vortec or camels. They are throttle body injection heads. Vortecs came in 96. Camels quit in the early 70s.

Almost forgot: If you use them with an older intake you will need to elongate the center bolt holes in the manifold. They are at a different angle than a regular carb head.

Thanks for the information. Are these heads any good?

no not good for racing at all.

Look down the intake runnner & you will only see half the valve.

they stuck a ramp in the intake runner to aid in swirl, But it makes for poor flow for a high rpm engine.

look for the 081 head if you want a centerbolt 305 head that flows well.
