If you are planning on using the same heads on the 383 and 355 i would stick to the 200-215cc range. The long stroke with the 383 could prob use the 215 but depending on rpms the 200cc could be better on the shorter tracks(I am assuming somewhere around 7-7200). The 406 you could go 215-230cc pretty easy. The smaller runners will make the car torquier and make it jump off the corner better but that can also make it tougher to drive on a slick track. The larger runners will help it breathe and make more high rpm HP but will soften the torque some which can hurt on a tacky track.
