I've got a stock style, block mounted power steering pump. It's an older style with the threaded shaft, keyway, and lock nut. The problem I have is that I'm running a short water pump with an reduction crank pulley, and right now the power steering pully lines up perfectly with the front most groove in the crank, but the pulley wobbles. I want to get a new one, but none of them match up. The one I have has a deep dish to it, about 1 1/2", and that moves the pulley closer to the pump housing. The one I got from speedway has about a 1/2" dish and won't line up with the crank pulley. I have the pulley and bracket from speedway that is supposed to match up with a short water pump, but they aren't even close. Does anyone know where I can get a deeper dished pulley, I can't find one anywhere, or am I doing something wrong?
