If it is in fact an alcohol carb, then the .110" size needle/seats are FAR too small. That size is for gas carbs.
Alcohol carbs should have steel (not Viton rubber) tipped needles and should be at least .140" (we install .150" usually).
The size is usually stamped on the flat area at the top where the adjuster nut slides on. If there is only a little "H" stamped, and the needle's tip is made of black rubber (Viton), then it is a .110" sized Viton tip gas needle/seat that Holley installs as OEM in most carbs.
DON'T run a .110" gas needle/seat in an alky carb. You'll run it out of fuel.
