I purchased a 358 chevy motor. It has 10.5:1 pistons and 305 heads milled to approx 11.25:1 compression. It has a stock 350hp corvette cam. Have a 4412 500 cfm carb. Looking for up grade suggestions about changing the cam. I've been think I would be better off with a solid lifter cam?

THANKS

You bet, call camcraft and he'll set you up.I'm not a big fan of the 305 heads,it's like robbing peter to pay paul(compression over flow)IMHO
