I would think that any of the major cam manufacturer's would have the info as to what you could run.

A lot of your question depends on the current piston that your using, how deep the valve pocket's are, and can they be cut deeper if needed. We run over .700" lift in our limited late model engines, using these heads, but the piston is designed for this lift. Knowing the depth of your existing valve pocket's will assist in answering your question. If you can't measure them yourself, take a piston to a machine shop and have them measure the valve pocket's for you. It will take about 30 seconds to check your valve pocket depth. Once you know this, I can give you a relatively close idea on the amount of lift you can use.
