Hard to say exactly , they can be custom made pretty darn light depending on your aplication . If your just looking for a shelf stock piston , I'd check with JE , CP , and Weisco.

probe makes some VERY light flat tops. i think they have some 355 6.250 rod pistons in the low 300 gram range.
i have a set of 6" rod wiseco pro trues for a 383 and they are 390 grams.

Piston weight has nothing to do with ring seal.

Most dirt motors make way too many ponies to be running the really light pistons. The superlight pistons are designed for Late Model Stocks which are very limited, small carbed motors. Think durability! Spend those big $ on a good crank!
