i have a 9 to 1 comp engine with 76cc heads and a 2 barrel carb can i get away with running just a stock fuel pump or should i run my edelbrock? which one and why? thanks guys!!!

I know alot of guys that just run stock fuel pumps on there Hobby Stocks here in Iowa with out any problems.

You can run the stock fuel pump as all
you need is 2-6psi out of the fuel pump.
if the edelbrock it may put you at the
high end of 2-6psi range. i would get
a fuel pressure regulator if you run the
edelbrock and set the pressure accordingly.

15 races on my stock pump feeding a Q-jet with 76cc heads. No problems encountered yet. And keep in mind, Q-jets are very tempermental regarding fuel pressure.
