Ok, kicking around the 377 idea. Is there a special piston for this combo. 5.7 Rods. Thanks, Mud

With a 350 crank and 5.7 rods you can use a standard 400 piston. Although compression will drop from the advertised 400 ratio.

there ARE special pistons for the app - the 5.7 rod and 'stock' 400 piston will get you close, but why not use a 6" rod and the special piston - there are a lot of shelf stock part numbers from TRW, KB, etc. that have 377 pistons for that application - they'll make more compression and power than the 400 pistons of the same design / cc.
