Was checking header temp last night at idle....#3 and #5 were around 200 degrees hotter than #1 and #7 is that normal? They were around 450 degrees at idle. The other thing i noticed was i changed my temp gauge to the head and it seeems to read hotter than the intake by allot. I never really checked these temps befor so i have no idea if its been like this all along?

Readings at the head will run hotter than readings at the intake. The intake will have a cooling effect due to the high volume of air and fuel going through it. I think numbers at the head are more useful than numbers at the intake.

The headers in the center of the head are going to run hotter due to the fact the exhaust valves and header tubes are right next to each other. Doesn't really sound like there is much wrong with any of your numbers.
