Is there a spacer between the Torque converter and flywill? With it bolted that way the converter is not driving the oil pump! or do i have more problems? Thanks - dfowlr88d

we have had to shim converters before but in most cases they just bolt right to the flexplate with nothing in between.are you sure you have it in all the way did you feal all 3 clicks when you installed it?

I run a mid-plate and had the problem that you describe. I made spacers out of steering shaft tubing or pipe. After ripping out the bolts a few nights it was suggested that a center support was also needed to locate the converter with the crank (mine was spaced completely away from the crank). These guys make a spacer kit that doesn't require machining the converter >
