Question, 400 block With roller cam fresh
rebuild.started eng. oil press #45 not
to high.Went to track, ran two sets of hot
laps press went #25 idle.Pulled pan and
saw that 3 or 4 cam bearing came out.What
causes this.Is it possible to install new
Bearings without removing crank/rods.

The most common thing to see in 400 block's is the main web's cracking down to the cam bearing holes . Did you have your block magged when it was apart ? The only other thing it could be caused from would be if the cam bearing bore's are factory oversized , or if the installation job was done extremely wrong . My guess would be the block is cracked though .
