I have a 750 Holley double pumper gas carb built up by Hardcore racing products. at idle or when i'm going slow under caution my car is back fireing some and it is acting liek it's loading up. i have 78's jets in the front and 82's in the rear I race on a high banked 3/8 mile dirt track in North West Florida. can you help me out on this?????????

Possibly jetted to fat, or the power valve is blown. Honestly, without seeing the carb myself and checking many things like air bleed sizes, fuel circuit setups, etc etc, it's difficult to say what is wrong. It could be float levels set too high, squirter pullover, and any number of (or combination of) several other things.
How much fuel pressure are you running and what are your plugs looking like as well as temps?

if its backfiring its usually running lean might check float level especially on a banked track and fuel pressure at idle.
