I'm trying to determine if a fresh 350 has
any bearing related problems by looking at
motor oil and filter after motor bring up.
I didn't find any
bearing fragments but there seem to be a lot of very tiny bubbles. If I put some motor
oil that contains some bubbles on a spoon and heat the spoon, after a few momemts the bubbles pop and the oil is clear.
Anyone know if this sounds right and what are
those bubbles?

Are the bubbles floating in the spoon or are the bubbles at the bottom of the spoon??

Oil will float on watter and heating a spoon full the water will evaporate and the oil will clear up...

I say it could be a head or intake gasket leak..

What type of pan are you useing? I have found that some pans will make the oil allmost look frothy.... that is without a windage system.
