lower RR spring down to 175, the stiffer the RR the tighter entry will be and will loosen on exit.

Since you described two different problems with the car, I'd work on the tight in problem first. The reason being the loose off might be driver induced due to being tight on entry.

To loosen the car on entry you could:
-decrease LF spring rate.
-decrease RR spring rate.
-increase leftside weight.

If you don't feel that is the case then put some more LR bite in the car. Doing so will loosen you up on entry and and tighten up corner exit.
