Midwest Motorsports sells the a brake line kit that is a really nice peice. All you will need to do it buy 4 fittings for your calipers. What we did is tap all out calipers out then went to our local hydrolic store and purchased 3/8 fine 90 deg. to -4 an fittings. They have a nut, rubber and a steel washer on the 3/8 side. We did all this for around $110. You just screw these into the bottom of your calipers then your -4 an lines just tighted up on your adapters.

Hope this helps
