More left rear will tighten the car out but tend to loosen the car going in. Running right rear bite with a lot of angle in the left rear trailing arms will tighten the car in with the springs and then if you get it on the bars will tighten the car out. You have to find a balance that works for your track. As for weight transfer to the right, if you go too soft on the RR then the car will tend to lay over too long and not come off the corner very well. mounting weight will depend on what you want it to do. If you need the car to roll over more and get more side bite then mount it higher in the car if not mount it lower. Have to work it with the panhard bar as well to control the amoutnt of roll that you get. As a general rule if its tacky then mount your lead to the left, as it dries out move it higher and to the right for more sidebite.
