What difference does it make if i put my pull bar lower to the rearend and lower on my driveshaft loop? Does it change the rate?

Yes! You will be changing the leverage the tires have in the link. The lower the rear is mounted the stronger the spring will need to be to react to the twist of the rearend. If you move up it will increase the leverage the link has on the tires. Think of the mount as using a cheater bar on a rusted bolt. A short bar and the bolt wins, A long bar and you win. It is a game of leverage.

if you move it up and down on the front mount by the hoop you change how fast the pullbar reacts, if it plants right away or over a distance
