How well does a lift bar work on a swingarm chassis. Both sides are swingarm and we run a straight bar.

what shock do you run on the lift bar and what spring on the 5th coil.Would you run a 90/10 on top of rear end to chassis.

not sure how long it is but it is as long as will fit.from rear end to end maybe 40 48 inches? I ran it a few races last year but not enough to figure out.3/8 mile track it chages every week but can get rough. We can run 90/10.Last year I ran 275 on 5th coil 250 on 6th coil and 90/10 on top of rear end.Alsoslide 5th coil all the way back towards rearend. What do you thank zero any help big thank you

I had a GRT mod that was swing arm and torque arm. Very stable and about as easy to drive as a mod can be. It wasn't the fastest around but I think that was because it was heavy. If you run IMCA you can't run a 6th coil, you'll have to run a chain. Normally with that set up you run about a #4 shock on the end of the T.A.. The shock valving depends on the distance from the rear end housing just like the spring rate.
