Would a 235 cc head be to much for a 355? Would it be better to stay at 200 or 215?

on alky the 235 might work but not on gas. You would have to turn them pretty hard to make them work like previous posts stated. I would stick to 200-215, depending on what kind of power you are looking for. The smaller heads will make more bottom end but may get choked off up high, whereas the bigger heads may not jump off the corner but will prob pull farther down the straight once you get it wound up.

I personally think that if it is over a 400, you could get away with the large runners, I built a 383 with the 215cc runner 49cc chamber Iron eagles, and that thing flat out screams, It has more power and throttle response than any of the other engines we have run
