I dont know if this is right but wouldent this work almost like a 3 link setup with the leafs as the trailing arms but also gets rid of having to use a panhar or a jbar ad also with running a longer shakel on the left would make the car have more rollsteer? also run a 90/10 shock and a pull bar

ok but what would you perfer a j bar or panhard i wasent thinking right with the birdcadge. also if i run the 9/10shock bacwards yo mean tord the back or switch end to end i got a pull bar and a torqu arm but my pull bar is in better conditon also i seen on 4ms site a leaf set up that causes the lr leaf to spring to raise and the tire to press down on the track they say majour bite but idunno

Don't float both sides. You will just take bite out of the left rear. Also don't run a pull rod. The pull rod won't wrap up with the leafs and will put the suspension in a bind. This is my opinion. I know there are leaf cars out there with pull rods, but I don't like to do it that way.
Good thinking on the left rear shackle. You don't want to limit the roll of the chassis.

i dont think simply running the shock backward will make it a 10/90. You would have to get a new 10/90 shock for that application. The 90/10 is 90 compression/ 10 extension. Flip the shock around or move it on the car and you are still 90 compression and 10 extension.

yeah i forgot what i meant was replace it with a 1090 shock so it will have 10 compression and 90 rebound. b

another idea is to mount a shock under the rearend housing and put it under the fuel cell. i would start with a 96 valve there though. or on a torque arm just put a split valve on it. as far as leafs go dont take my word i know link cars well btu not a whole lot about leafs. fr1 leaf cars seem to be about the fastest leafs i have seen.

what do you mean i was not thinking right with the birdcage? i am confused. i am missing something. if you mean by going with the floated leafs you still dont need a panhard bar. the leafs with clamp collars on each side will hold the axle in place. if you put one on it would bind up.
