On a 4-bar rear suspension set-up what are the best links to use 5/8 or 3/4 swedged tubes for the links? Are the 5/8 tubes to light are are they ok. On a z-link? Any help would be appreciated.

For what it's worth some Late Models are using 1/2"and they bite a bit harder than mods so you should be fine.

Is there any one who sells a 5/8 swing arm? Most that I have seen on the market are all 3/4.

everyone i have seen are 5/8. if your running on you can get a 3/4 and you might find a heim with a 5/8 hole on the end, or just would have to use spacers, my car has 5/8 holes on the lower front frame mounts and we run a 3/4 swing arm and add a thin bushing to it so the 5/8 bolt fits.
