I have just purchased a IMCA modified turn key, it is an older car that had some engine problems that are sorted out now. What I am in need of is I dont know how to tell if the car is set up right vs if its not. Is there a way to find a middle of the road baseline and work from there so I am not being handicapped by someone elses mistakes or am I dreaming. I have only been in a dirt car twice. I am just looking for some general advice on where to start, I am still learning how to drive the car and sorting out all of the mechanical problems. I am hoping to practice until january or so and then start racing the new season when it starts, I'm in Az so it starts early. any advice, info will be appreciated.
