Just ran this setup recently and the car was really good (16" swing arms) - lr top hole & 275# - rr middle hole and 250# - Long pan hard with left in 4th up hole of 5 holes and right in bottom of 3 holes - had about 70# of bite into the lr. Rear end was square with no lead. spring bar was in the bottom hole at around 20 deg down. 54.5% lft - 58% rear - 49% cross. I can't wait till next year and tweek this a little - good luck.

we als orun a long swing arm on the right side and a short foward swing arm with the backward facing link long on the left. this gives alittle rear steer and makes the car load the left side very fast. it works good with a heavy lr spring. also i put my run SOFT bilstien shocks on the rear of the birdcages instead of on the swing arm, this seemed to help also.
