compression limit? Heads have to be stock? Intake (stock 2bbl, 4bbl, or aftermarket), Headers or cast manifolds?

Need more info on the rules - in general with the lift limit rules you want heads, cam and intake that maintains port velocity and good flow at low lift numbers....

Get your heads milled down to 69cc's, check out Lunati custom grinds, or Isky #201268 or #201278. Your limited on spring pressures so if you have the money, spring for a real good set. Make sure your quench is correct and let her rip. I recommend aftermarket rod bolts and a good balance job. Put the rest of your hard earned bucks in Non-Claim items, like Quadrajet, distributor, tranny, and rearend. Pay close attention to NOT add extra reciprocating weight to the driveline and brake components. Granted all of these recommendations are for a SBC, the ford and mopars fall under different rules.
