moving the LR mounting point farther behind the axle centerline will slow the rate the bar reacts and wont let the car "get up" as much. We actually moved the mounting hole up and forward from centerline to get the car to react quicker.

You might want to check a suspension/chassis article in this month's Circle Track magazine (not sure the month, just came in the mail last week). It addressed placement of the lower control arms, and shows the effects of running the left rear arm mounted further below the chassis than the right rear. This promotes lateral steering of the rear end and tightens the car. Get a copy of the article and read it. It's very well written and you'll be able to understand better that I can explain.
