I have been told on my z-link that the forward bars will increase forward bite if you raise them. Still not 100% sure what the back ones do.

go down with the left rear bar on dry slick on my car it helped to get the car going again

guys can anybody add to this?? when and why you would adjust the arms any help would be nice.

On the rear bars for dry slick you want to run the left side rear bar angled down towards the rear, the right side rear bar you want to run it as level as possible.

The more angle you run on a certain side, the more bite that tire will get when throttle is applied. It will also increase rollsteer.
