If you put a restriction in it will slow brake aplication on that wheel but it will also release slower that brake will drag longer when you let up on the pedal. On option is to put good brake pads on the LF. and the cheapest ones you can find on the RF. And if you still want more brake bias drill holes in the pad materail on the RF no one will know unless they pull the caliper & pads

Cutting slots in the rf pads with a hand saw or cuttoff wheel works as well!!

When you go get brake pads get the lifetime ones....they will last that long on a race car....for the right front... Then for the left front get the cheap organic ones they stick alto better than the lifetime...then cut out the middle untill he feels comfortable...

You could replumb your dual mastercylinder so that one M/C is running the left front and the rears and the other M/C is running the right front. Then just play with the balance bar.
