I have a chassis that requires 5.5" front springs. I placed some 5" springs in there, they seat pretty good, but aren't flush with the bottom of the A-Frame. Is it okay to run them like this? What problems would this cause if I ran them like this?
Thanks

What will happen is the spring can rotate in the pocket, this will cause the spring rate to change. If the spring is not flat in the pocket it will cause a different rate under load. I'm not sure how much that will effect anything, but i'm sure it changes something. I would try to get the small arm's. They are a little lighter and then you don't have to worry about it. gl ltr spde
