Author Topic:   not rolling over

this is my second year driving a imca mod the first year I had a car that rolled over tremendously but this is a new car and I cant seem to get it to roll over at all (only about about an inch if that) ??if you jack the front of your car, does your cars rear squat down or does it stay the same??
I am tring to find out if I would have a slider binding up or if the car is right because my new car does not squat at all!
what do you'll think or am I unclear ?

We need more details, i.e. spring rates by corner, shocks, pullbar type and angle, panhard bar type, location, and angle, etc.

If you are bottoming out the rear shocks a softer rear spring will only make your problems worse. I would say that you are rolling over excessively. A car that does not roll over much(maybe 2 1/2 inches on rr) will be easier and smoother to drive than one that uses up the entire shock travel. Tell us about your setup and what rear suspension you have. Include lower control arm angles and pullbar angles and rates.
