I decided on the z link because I was told it worked really good on a dry slick track.

The 3 link is way easier and consistant. You will give up some things on different tracks. The z link is by far the best dry slick set up. It does take some gettting used too and you need the right angles on the links to get it to work! I wouldn't want to build a z link set up from scratch, to many things to ***** up. gl ltr

in the past i set a d-w 8 up on a swing arm z-link with lockable bird cages.lock the cages, take the rear bars off,and you have a 2-link. we modified some old brake brackets to accept a 3/4 inch bolt, to bolt the lock collar to the jet mod birdcages. a lot of new parts and some custom fabrication, but easy to set up and install.put coilovers on the swinw arms and your ready.
