You should not have to give it gas to break it loose going into the corner, That kind of set-up will be very tough to drive for sure,
You need to loosen it up quite a bit ,Our car sets itself going into the turns by letting off the throttle and giving it a little brake (mostly rear brake bias)and once it is turned throttle then is used for control .
It would be hard to tell you what to change without your set-up so what have you got for a set-up.?

Where are your springs at? If you put the left in front and the right behind the rear end, this will free it up getting in, and tighten it up coming off. That is how my car was set up when running at creek, and it handled very good. I was running the long bar behind instead of the j bar though.

thanks for all your help tell. you this, we raised the j-bar up one whole on the reas end and put a bigger spring on the right rear. I went out for the hot laps and the car was wonderful but the track was super sloppy. Then the heat race started with me in poleposition sweet!!! I took the lead right out of the hole. even sweeter but then the bad news on lap 6 the new motor( installed friday & saturday)(finished 12:00 just in time to wash the car it decided to go south on me
