Wont lowering pullbar on the frame (putting more angle in) loosen the car up getting in? and vice versa, raising up on frame tighten car going in?

I've got a little story to add to this when i get some reply's

Putting more angle in will cause wheel hop under braking if your not careful and if you don't have brake floaters .But it improves the bite coming off the corner.Going in the corners two things happen the more angle you have puts the rearend in a bind , thus it could cause both tight and loose going in .Leveling out the bar will cause the rearend to work smoother and bring the bite in later down the track . with the rearend free of bind the better the feel you will have if it's loose or tight in.
