If it were me; I would trash the stock shock and spring factory stuff and get lookalike racing units. With paint and dirt rubbed on the It is unlikey anyone will catch you, and they are much more critical than ride height plus your class has no provision to create adjustments for height.
If you can be creative with spacers on your springs and keep the car low too then get the lf as low as 5 or 6 inches withrf/lr/rr
1/2 inch progressively taller. Hope this starting point will help some. bob

If you were to lower both rear corners a 1/4 inch what would be the overall effect on the chassis, everything else being equal?

there are plenty of numbers wizzards on this site who can answer that to the inth degree.
I am only suggesting a starting point, so in answer to your question: I DON'T KNOW! LOL
Its all about the feel of the car to me and
that takes track time. Good luck,

Well, I was just wondering b/c I was told to lower both sides a 1/4 inch and I really didn't know if it would make a significant change or not.

if you change both left side, or both rear or even both right side the SAME amount on both tires it should not effect the weights much.
