pull off all you can then hit it with hi speed sander/grinder with a 36 grit disc you'll be there all year with a blade tring to s****e that stuff off

Try Goof off,"the ultimate remover" comes in a red and yellow can. Its an adhesive remover worked real well for me. I got it at Ace, but I've seen it at Lowes and other places..loojack

If goof off works good. A product called Speedy 500 will work better. Search the internet for it as its supplied for the guys who remove vinyl graphics and prep for new graphics.
