OK HERE IS WHAT YOU DO TAKE THE LID OFF THE MASTER OPEN 1 BLESDER START WITH RR LEAVE IT OPEN UNTIL FLUID RUNS OUT THEN MOVE TO LR THEN RF THEN LF @ ALL TIMES KEEP THE MASTER FULL BUT ONLY HAVE ONE BLEADER OPEN AT A TIME ONCE YOU HAVE FLUID TO ALL THE WHEELS THEN SEE IF YOU CAN GET THEM PUMPED UP TO BLEED

Check your mounting hardware, sounds like you did a change over. Is there a push rod that mounts on the pedal and goes into the rear side of your new master cly.? there should be 1/8" of free play on the rod. by hand feel for this free play. now slowley push the pedal down. it should push fluid out then return to its proper position. If all that seems to work. then joetaylor's post should have ya goin.

Did you bench bleed the master befor you put it on, your problem could be as simple as that.
