I'm building a Camaro hobby stock, and have lost my electrical guru. I need a basic wiring diagram. The basics are; battery, master shut-off switch with four posts for use with an alternator, an alternator, HEI with stock-type coil, ignition on/off switch, starter button, alternator on/off switch/ guage lights and tach. I'd really appreciate someone taking pity on an old geezer!

here you go i don't have it with a master shut off but all you have to do is put it somewhere on your pos battery cable this is also showing a 1 wire alternator setup you can go to a good starter/alt shop and they can convert your for you or get a new one from the racing parts book most hacve them for around 65-70 bucks

Only thing I might do differently is run the negative battery cable to the master switch. that way in case of something wearing through falling against the switch, or a crash the cables are already to ground. So no sparks and car will still run
