i don't say the "r" word on race day kinda on the same line there. and i know a guy around here that won't turn on his windsheild wipers on race day. another big one is green i even cut out the wire on my tach and replaced it with a blue one. had a guy that runs our chassis last year try to pick on us about the green deal so he had jd green ss stripes on his car well on the white flag on the first nite of a brand new car get stuffed in the wall and completely destroyed the car about the only thing left salvagable was motor and seat

Got to have the same pit spot every time!!!
When the big shows come to my track I get shoved down the line, & it is never good.

I always tell family and friends that if they are going to come watch me race not to let me know when they are coming. It seems like something bad always happens(blown engines, cut tires) when I know someone's there just to see me run.

Don't like to know freinds and family are watching. Like to start in front row or in back, don't care for the middle. All ways wait till last minute to set air pressure. I think thats more of a privacy issue. Never put on helmet, till the race on the track takes the checker. Never due well on double points night.

No green
No R word on race day
I always keep visor up until going down the back stretch to get green
from back in the karting days i did all of that and plan on doing it in the modified
i remember on the guy i help's car, there was a green wire on this old msd box we had.. he got real into it and opened the box up, found where the wire went, cut it and put on a new red wire... needless to say we toasted the box that night
i dont think this is superstitious but it just seems to happen, on race days i dont eat or drink till i get to the track, and only go p after i race never before.. i see it as if i have to go i want off the track so i'll run better...

Dont eat chicken or peanuts on race day because it has brought me bad luck every time.
