If I run a quick steer 2:1 ratio on a metric car can I get rid of the power steering pump,
or do I need to keep it. NEW to hobby stock, looking for horsepower. What do yall do.
THANKS.

Take the belt off and drive it around the yard and you will see.....the ratio of the quickner makes the steering a little harder to turn and with P.S. it firms the steering up where you can feel what your doing....good luck....Towman

maybe with a manuel steering box but not with the power box.the older s-10 trucks had them they may fit the metric chassis.
