My track checks almost nothing, but they do check weight. How are you guys 500 friggin pounds light?

Anywho, mine in right at 3000 with driver and fuel. Needs to be 3000 and was about 2500 w/o driver, fuel or lead weight.

Saw a article not to long ago that they took a car and added weight until it slowed then weighed the car. They added 3oo lbs to the car and it kept getting faster until the last 20lb block was addes then they slowed for the next two weights. The car was a ministock and it was faster with 300# MORE WEIGHT THAN MINIMUM.

Track requires 3100 at the end of the race, and I usually make it at 3125.

On the nights that we have the ladies (powder-puff) division running, I put my old girlfriend in the car, and completely out of fuel, along with all 4 tires busted it maxes out close to 4312 lbs.

We don't even run for the checkered (with that tub in it), cuz it drags down the front stretch sounding like a 5 HP Vietnamese troller, pulling a Exxon oil tanker filled to the brim with LEADED FUEL! These are very nice track promotors, and always reward me with $200 just for making the effort!

Thinking about building a new late model, just to push this continental balancing act to the finish line, once without cutting fire lanes into the track surface (moroso oil pan cuts better than a field plow with this gal in the drivers seat).

I'm talking HUGE people! Every time she gets out of the taxi cab at the airport, ALL the electric doors open at once!

Have a great day,
Wind Walker

'86 Monte 3290 with 180# me and 16gal cell full. We have about 160# of weight in the trunk.
'81 Monte 3235 with 240# partner and I think 80# in the trunk.

Weight rules in the area are around 3000 at the end of the race, so we were playing it safe. I think the extra rear % more than makes up for the 100# extra.

3540lbs, the last time I got weighed, in a class that requires 3200lbs. The car was originally built for a 3500lb class. I've put us both on a diet.

Just trying to add a little laughter to our daily problematic lives these days.

X-Girlfriend don't weigh nearly that much, and she can't drive a lick.

Our weight rule is 3100 pounds after the race in the Hobby Stock division, and it usually averages between 3000-3300 at the surrounding area tracks.

Have a great day,
